Obereggen in Winter - Snow covered Ski Paradise

Curved roads lead from the capital of South Tyrol Bolzano/Bozen into the Val d'Ega/Eggental valley. After 20 kilometers you will reach the Obereggen ski area directly located at the foot of the Latemar mountain. In Winder here in Obereggen ski and snowboarders enjoy snow-covered slopes and can choose their favourite slope out of 42 kilometers of wide ski runs. Always well groomed, the slopes can be skied until mid-April. Do not miss to take a break and stop off at the quaint and cozy mountain huts and taste the typical South Tyrolean dishes such as Knödel dumplings and Schlutzkrapfen ravioli. In addition to the slopes surrounding the Latemar mountain in the middle of the ski resort you find the unique Obereggen snow park for snowboarders and freeskiers with a night park and a large halfpipe.
